Strategic Operational Dimensions

Participants would be assigned books in different subject areas such as Leadership, Communication, relationship, Discipline, Business, Finance, Investment, amidst others upon joining.
Leaders would then be committed to reading regularly, develop curiosity in polishing their skill sets in line with their areas of interest and apt to researching evolving trends in the global scenes. At the end of 3 Months, leaders would be placed in groups based on areas of interest pointed out in the statement of purpose in the Seven Spheres of Societal Influence. Resources – Books and other resource materials together with a mentor would be assigned for each sphere for accountability and actional steps engrained in focused discipline. Each sphere is expected to write reviews for the books and resource materials read through the Month and then design actionable steps for implementation of the knowledge gathered throughout the Month.
This exercise would be carried out every Month till well-refined and proactive leaders are completely formed. In same manner, later in the year to come, every 6 Months, there would be impromptu presentations on any subject area for 30 Mins to 45 Mins tagged LEADERS ARISE.
